Project Workshops

There are three workshops foreseen over the duration of the project. The are intended to validate research results,  create input for further work and to disseminate PRESCIENT findings into other related activites.

The first workshop took place on 16 December 2010 in Brussels. The consortium met with the panel of
experts and the project officer to discuss first findings of the project. The workshop results will be integrated
in the first project deliverable that was finished March 2011.

The second workshop took place on 11 October 2011 in Brussels. The consortium met with the panel of
experts and the project officer to discuss the case studies on privacy implications of emerging sciences and technologies. The workshop results will be integrated
in the second project deliverable that will be finished in December 2011.

The third workshop will take place on 20-21 September 2012 in Rome. The consortium will meet with selected  ethics experts to discuss approaches to "Ethical Impact Assessment" of Emerging Technologies.
